Take the measuring tape all around the lowest part of the neck.

Take the measuring tape all around the highest part of the chest. Please inhale while doing so.

Tips to consider
- Ask someone to measure you.
- If you don't know where the waist is, please, while standing, bend to one side and exactly where you feel the bending, there's your waist.
- Tie ribbon or yarn around your waist as a reference.
- However, if you're not comfortable with it, put on your favorite trousers and use the waistband as the waist reference.
- The front height number has to be higher or equal than the back height (FH ≥ BH).
- If you don't feel your shoulder bone, move your arm up and down or in circles to feel or see it.
