Policies: shipping and general information

Items

The items you're getting are completely handmade, that means it's made with lots of patience, dedication and love. That also means it may change a bit due materials availability. These changes will be made without any warning.

Colors may change a bit due availability just like prices. If the fabric prices change, I'll update the info as fast as possible.

Once you make your payment, I'll start working with your purchase sending you a message with an approximate date of when I'm starting your item. If your item is urgent, please email chocolatebunnystore.help@gmail.com or through the facebookinstagram or etsy accounts.

Note that any package with the standard shipping takes 15 to 20 working days to arrive, so please, make sure you're ordering on time. Otherwise, take the EMS as an option. However, I'd recommend to make a larger order with this type of shipment, you can ask a friend! 

How to order (custom orders)

Once you're sure of what would you like to buy, fill the form.
After you do, I'll contact you in the next 24 hrs by sending you the invoice. You have 5 natural days to pay, after that time it will expire and you'll have to send the form again, so check your email constantly.

Payment

By filling the form, the invoice is sent through email. If you're not comfortable with it, you can shop through etsy, both are using PayPal.

Shipping

The items are sent via Correos de México with a tracking number and, once you make your purchase, I'll use the PayPal or the address of your etsy's account to ship. The next chart will show you the shipping fee for a package (for example, a skirt, blouse or bloomers are more like 100 ~ 500 gr; dresses or JSK may depend). It may take 15 to 20 working days for your package to arrive with Standard Shipping.**



If your items are urgent, please send a message through facebookinstagram or etsy telling me your order is urgent. Depending on where do you live, the prices may be more than $20.00 USD (via EMS), and may take 7 to 10 working days to arrive***.

If your order returns to me because you misspelled your address, then you must pay the shipping again, so make sure you wrote it well before paying.

Refunds, cancellations and exchanges

Remember CBS is an indie brand, so it may take 24 hrs to refund completely.

After 40 days of shipment, if your item hasn't arrived, you must contact me so I can send a complaint to the mail service. After 50 days I'll refund only the item price. After 60 days, if you didn't send me a message, I won't refund.

You only have 24 hours to cancel an order.

If the item is broken or not in a good condition, I'll refund or exchange only with visual proof when you opened it (must have the camera's time stamp). You must pay again for the shipping if you choose the exchange.

I won't accept any refund request without any good argument of what happened. Make sure you point out what was wrong with your item.
